Areas of hyper inflated lung between involved parts, which is typical of chronic lung disease. B. CT chest: Dextrocardia with inversion of abdominal viscera (situs inversus). Extensive chronic lung disease predominantly in the left lung with volume loss in the LUL, with patchy areas of atelectasis and diffuse bronchial dilatation.
