Chest X-ray: Diffuse airspace disease with infiltrates seen mainly in Peri hilar and basal parts. B. CT chest: Extensive bronchial wall thickening with peribronchial inflammatory changes throughout both lungs. peribronchial infiltrate in RLL and LLL with dilated bronchi in both lobes.
